Welcome to Harbor View Cleaning Service. By using our cleaning services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.


1. Services Provided
Harbor View offers professional cleaning services, including but not limited to residential, commercial, deep cleaning, and specialized cleaning services. Detailed descriptions of our services can be found on our website.
2. Scheduling and Cancellations
- Clients can schedule services through our website or by contacting our customer service. 
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of $100.00
- Rescheduling requests must be made 4 days in advance.
3. Pricing and Payment
- Pricing for services will be provided upfront and is based on size, scope, and frequency of cleaning. 
-Pricing for services is not final and is subject to change based on conditions, clutter, or added services. 
- Payment is due on the day of each scheduled cleaning. We require a credit card to be on file that will be billed upon completion of service.
- For one-time cleanings and initial cleanings, a $200.00 non-refundable deposit is required to book. All initial, deep cleans, and one-time cleans are billed per hour per person. Any price quoted is an estimate, and a final cost of service will be provided upon completion of the service.
- We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, and electronic payment systems.
4. Sales Tax
New York State and local counties require sales tax on services. If you live in an area where this applies, you will be responsible for the tax amount, and it will be included in your invoice.
5. Equipment and Supplies
We provide all necessary cleaning chemicals and supplies to clean your home. We ask that you provide paper towels and trash liners for our use during the cleaning process.
6. Arrival Time
Clients will be given a two-hour window for the arrival of our cleaning technicians. However, in some circumstances, if more time is needed, technicians may arrive outside of the expected window, and there is no guaranteed arrival time.
7. Home Accessibility
The home must be accessible to our cleaning team in order to perform the scheduled cleaning. If our team is unable to access the home, a fee of $150 will be incurred.
8. Security Alarms
If your home has a security alarm, please ensure that it is turned off on the day of your scheduled cleaning. You may also provide us with the code and steps necessary to turn off your alarm. We will reset the alarm when we leave; however, we will not be held responsible for alarms set off by mistake.
9. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing access to the property. Please ensure that pets are secured and any fragile or valuable items are properly protected before our team arrives.
10. Liability and Insurance
Harbor View is fully insured and takes great care to avoid damage to your property. In the event of accidental damage caused by our team, please report it to us within 24 hours so we can address the issue appropriately.
11. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 after service completion to allow us the opportunity to return for make any corrections. At Harbor View we do not offer any refunds. 
12. Privacy Policy
We value your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy [link to Privacy Policy] for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
13. Rescheduling on Our Part
There may be times when the weather makes it unsafe for us to travel and carry equipment and supplies to your home. Driveways must be clear and accessible. Holidays may necessitate a schedule change or significant illness of team members. These will be the only reasons that we do not complete a clean on your scheduled day. We appreciate your understanding in these circumstances.
14. Modifications to Terms
Harbor View Cleaning Service reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes, and continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New York without regard to its conflict of law principles.
17. Office Hours
Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM for inquiries and scheduling.
